Build a Balanced Schedule

To overcome your work-life balance issues, you can designate one area of your home for work and one area as being off-limits for work. You can ruthlessly remove temptations by blocking access to distracting apps when you start working or leave your phone out of reach once it's time to sleep. This is the first step towards cordoning off parts of the day for work and parts for relaxation. You should also schedule walks, bicycle rides, and other activities that get you out of the house. 

Listen to Your Body

If your back is feeling stiff because you haven't gone to the gym in weeks, listen to your body. Stretching regularly to stimulate your body and decrease your negative symptoms. If you're starting to feel eyestrain setting in, then take a break from the screens and find an alternative means to relax.
