Refund Policy

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

When you change your mind

  • At Ergonomics 101, goods cannot be returned without a Return Authorisation allocation number from Ergonomics 101 and any returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • By saleable condition we mean that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.
  • Given the current COVID-19 hygiene restrictions, items may not be accepted for return.

Ergonomics 101 reserves the right to:

Assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing exchange or refund.

Ergonomics 101 will abide by the Australian Consumer Law in the instances of major faults/defects.
